Pilgrim: One month on

Friday, November 01, 2013

After two years of planning, piloting and production, Pilgrim was finally launched at Lambeth Palace on 1st October. So what’s been happening since then?

We’ve had substantial media interest

We have had fantastic interest from both national and religious media, including front-page and leader articles in The Daily Telegraph and a major feature in the Church Times.

We’ve sold out (temporarily) of the Introductory Pack

We are now reprinting to cope with very high demand for the half-price Introductory Pack. The Leader’s Guide and Introductory Pack are expected to be back in stock by 5 November.

We have launched eBook editions of Pilgrim

The first three Pilgrim books are now available in ePub format and as Kindle eBooks. You can find links to buy either format by clicking on 'Books' above and choosing your prefered title.

We have launched money-saving bulk packs

If you’re running a course, you may need to purchase a single Pilgrim title in bulk. You can now order Turning to Christ and The Lord’s Prayer in a pack of 6 (saving £5.94) or a pack of 25 (saving £29.75). This offer is available both to direct customers and bookshops. See the Church House Publishing website for more details.

We’ve had some great feedback

We have already had some extremely encouraging feedback from readers and groups running the course over the next few months.

Please do get in touch with us with your experiences, plans or ideas about how we can support you in running Pilgrim – either via our Twitter account @PilgrimCourse – or by emailing pilgrim AT churchofengland.org
